Fantastic authentic Asian cuisine. This Foodie find in downtown Santa Fe makes me very happy. I was fortunate enough to dine with my wife and 2 close friends, so I was able to sample a lot of different dishes - yippee! This place is fast casual, so you're only going here for the excellent cuisine; the service is super friendly, the portions are large and the prices are very reasonable. I ordered the Dan Dan noodles and this dish really delivered - lot's of noodles, spicy ground beef and a delicious broth. My wife had a veggie soup - lot's of veggies, lovely broth. My dining companions ordered the pickle appetizer - really interesting, sweet/vinegary and delicious. Generous souls, they also let me sample a couple of the homemade dumplings - these are extraordinary. I plan to frequent the Dumpling Tea & Dim Sum restaurant anytime I'm craving Asian food. Strongest recommendation - if you're wandering around the plaza looking for something other than New Mexican, this is a terrific option

I tried the chicken dumplings and beef noodle soup and both were amazing. My wife got vegetable dumplings as well and loved them. You can tell the owners take pride in their dishes for sure, I highly recommend stopping by for authentic Chinese dishes!
Fantastic dumplings and soups. Excellent scallion cakes and good kimchi too. Service was prompt and food was steaming hot and fresh. Location is great (near downtown). Good atmosphere. Veggie options too for noodles and dumplings.
Tip: parking in the back. Dumplings can be a bit bland inside; ask for it to be made medium spicy.
HUGE BUNS & DUMPLINGS! Everything is homemade, and comes out very quickly & piping hot! The pork friend dumplings were the star of the show, but everything we got was bomb! I canât wait to go back! :)
Oh, there is a lack of vinegar here, so donât expect to get the usual vinegar based dipping sauce. Thatâs one downside, but the freshness and portion size makes up for it.
Dumpling Tea in Santa Fe deserves a solid five-star rating! The food here is absolutely delicious. We had the pleasure of trying their soup dumplings, spring rolls, beef wonton soup, and Dan Dan noodle soup, and every dish was incredibly tasty. From the delicate dumplings to the flavorful soups, Dumpling Tea delivered an exceptional culinary experience. Highly recommended!
Best authentic Chinese food I ever had in Santa Fe! The noodle and dumplings are all handmade, tasted very chewy. The house soup is very special, a good combination of sour and spicy. I had shrimp and pork filled dumpling, the stuffing is full filled, definitely donât miss it. The owner is so kind and nice, great service and amazing inside decoration.
